THE MAGIC EYE

Sometimes we go through life missing very important information. It is as though we see things, but in only two dimensions. If we look carefully we can unfold another dimension as in The Magic Eye artwork that from first glance appears to be a series of repetitive patterns. When we softly focus and calm ourselves, we suddenly discover a three dimensional picture that both surprises and intrigues us. The same happens in relationships with self and others. We converse in two dimensions, but when we truly hear and see a curious awareness occurs carrying us to deeper and more meaningful connectedness. It is possible to achieve a new way to be and to suddenly realize how much was passing us by and how much we can now appreciate.
